Steel French Whip - Emulsify

Made in America - Oregon

Whip It Good

This French style steel whip is a must-have tool in all kitchens. It is the proper tool for emulsifying sauces. It is also used for stirring, mixing and blending eggs, puddings and gravies. It has a 6" circumference and 10 strong stainless steel wires, 6.5" in length.

The high tensile strength steel wire holds its shape and snaps back in place as you whip. More movement in wires creates a stronger whipping action allowing more mixing with less effort.

The perfectly weighted handle is 3.75" long and 3" round with a solid steel grip. It is completely sealed to prevent food from seeping in where the wire and handle connect. This ensures a sanitary cooking environment.

Made from the same company since 1948. You may have seen it in your Grandmother's kitchen drawer. It's the preferred whip for professional chefs.

Guaranteed fully against any faulty construction.

Have used this several times already.  It is of very good quality, feels sturdy in your hand.  Does the job, and I trust it will last a good many years.
